There's a lot of parts of Illinois that resemble the rolling hills of Kentucky and MO a lot more than the flat black dirt people think of as the I states. Hurting pretty bad here last measurable moisture was 5/18, since then lots of busts where we ended up with a trace or 0.05". These old clay hills just don't hold moisture
