If you spray 20 gallons an acre with Liberty + Enlist and use a quart of Enlist (32 oz) per acre then it's 1.6 oz per gallon or approx 5 oz for a 3 gallon sprayer. Given you are likely to hose a plant down with a spot sprayer it should be plenty vs. the coverage you get on the spray boom nozzles.
