As Stan said dry weather will affect potassium uptake. Those levels wouldn’t be bad if you were at V12 corn but at V6 I consider them deficient and out of balance with N. You need about 1.1:1 N:K. It sounds like you should have decent levels in the soil. I find base saturation to be key in terms of potassium availability in soils with a cec of 10 or higher. Y-Drop of K thio could help or melted potash. I’d also look at your boron and iron. Those seem to be low and addressing them might help bring your potassium levels up a bit. Molybdenum could also be a weak link and sulfur definitely is on this sample maybe just as much as potassium. You want a 10:1 nitrogen to sulfur ratio. You’re more 20:1 which means your struggling to make proteins which is not a good thing if you are hot and dry.
