I'm going to guess.........no. It's started hot and heavy around us (maybe 10 to 20% done, so they're probably half done or so. Totally guessing because I haven't been to the area. They are probably 60 to 70 miles as a crow flies from us.
So I just heard Guymon OK has had over 7" of rain since yesterday afternoon.
