I've experimented with 60" corn with a cover crop. 5-20% lower yield than 30".
Did you see a difference between N/S or E/W orientations? Did the cover crop do well? Did you boost the seed population? Did it boost the Organic matter?
I always thought the concept was interesting, but trying to find a way to capitalize on the cover crop is a bit harder. :) |
