There are either products on the market, or you can make your own or you can probably mix the two. The benefits of buying it, is it is a known quantity and species, the benefits of diy, is you know it was good soil, but you can get a larger range of organsims. Then you apply and hope they have food in the field for them to survive, and most likely it will take a few applications to get them established because some of them are dependent on others, quality of the soil, aeration, food sources, how/when it is applied, etc.

The DIY "compost tea" which is basically flushing bacteria, fungi, nematodes from a good soil like compost and/or forest soil with aeration and food to try and replicate them. Then strain it before applying it. The fungi, and nematodes do not replicate in the tank. Nematodes replicate in like wax worms, grubs, etc.
The fungi except in lab conditions, only replicate in the soil or on a root. But you can find them in larger quantities.

This is an example but it basically washes the dirt and bubbles the water. The food recipes vary, the machine designs vary a little but not that much.
