I would sure look into it especially if you are struggling with a nutrient like potassium. I wouldn’t be afraid of potash over the top with some AMS. Foliar feeding is good as well but remember it ultimately takes lbs of nutrients and if you are very deficient in the soil, foliars alone will likely not be enough.
