| What is everyone's crop conditions across the US? Here in Northwest Indiana in Porter and Laporte county we have corn waist high and corn shin high. I have seen seed corn maggot damage and what looks like cutworm damage. Soybeans are ankle high and in some places less than ankle high. Wheat is turning fast and looks good. We don't have much wheat here in Northwest Indiana. 70% of all Irrigation pivots are running on the sandier soil. Non irritated sandy soil corn is rolled pretty good. Heavy ground looks good on both corn and beans but all soil around here could use an 1inch. | |
