NWMO
I don’t disagree, but that’s my issue. I have beans that are the height of a beer can that are starting to have small weeds pop through. It’s rained so much I think most of our pre emerge residuals have been degraded. It’ll be a month before we reach full canopy. I’m not convinced that any of the post emerge options, aside from possibly zidua at $13/ac, is going to hold back Palmer amaranth, Johnson grass, red root pigweed, or water hemp for that long.

Then you get what we’ve gotten for the past 2-3 years, which is we use a $10-$13/ac residual product post emerge, and still wind up making a 3rd pass in July to knock the pigweed and Johnson grass down right at the time of canopy.
