We could really see the increased infiltration after big rains and how few ponds were sitting on the fields. Also the amount of erosion and runoff from these fields was greatly reduced. I checked some waterways after a 3 inch rain and nothing was running off of them unless it flowed in from a neighboring field.
Just running the factory case closing system. The 2160 has the air adjust closing disks, I was running them 20 psi on the corn and 29 psi on the beans. I wasn't thrilled with how it was closing the trench in some of the rye that was extra tall this year.
