Here it would cost closer to a million $$ than not ,,just for a couple miles of 3 phase.There is no grain grown here so I am mute on those plans.Say you build this facility and ever want to sell it in a number of years is it going to be more valuable with 3 phase?If its in your farm yard now it could sell easier being away on a highway frontage?Just some things to ponder,,,
