Subject: Clover cover crop

Central MN
I planted a test/cover plot of 3 acres and was gonna plant into it this spring. Got too wet to plant and now the clover looks great. Probably could get in soon to cut it and bale some small squares. What would you all do. Just leave for soil building? Cut it thin and let it lay and new growth start up thru it? Or cut and bale a cutting or 2 and then let fall/spring growth get big for next years corn?
Thanks
