Once you go down the rabbit hole of learning about soils, it takes awhile to really understand it, and you actually then are on an endless trip of knowledge! Go on you tube and listen to podcasts. Tons of all kinds of Info out there. NO shortcuts if you want to be self sustainable.

I will say this: Universities sponsored by the big chem Co's are leading you on a long term Non-Sustainable way of agriculture. It works for now, but as you probably are experiencing, it takes ever more "stuff" to maintain a profit.
