True, but the threshold for exposure reporting and hazmat cleanup are significantly greater for the concentrated spill.
Now that local Farm Services and Coops have bulk generics at their new automated mixing load outs , a large number of farmers are using hot loads. Almost all custom applicators use hot loads.
