| I used to work at local branch. Lotta same story you tell AND when the boots on the ground can barely survive (pay their bills) working serious hours and then some chemical company or anything sees they are worth their salt they snatch the good ones away for a sizable raise. Meanwhile the decision makers that set pay scales gain weight (if you get my drift). It will not change as long as their is a warm body in a seat. Little off balance for the driver of a $600k sprayer expected to be timely, accurate and polite to make sub $20/hour let alone handling those products daily | |
