| Some of us never quit row cultivation. My opinion, likely could be wrong, is you’ve got it backwards. Spray when the crop and weeds are little. Then come back in 2 or 3 weeks with the cultivator. You’ve killed the weeds in the row with the sprayer, the crop canopy is protecting that area in the row and then you can drive faster while moving more dirt cultivating cleaning up the middles. 12 and 16 row cultivators and auto steer are much different than the 2 and 4 rows some of the naysayers remember. | |
