NEMO | I would say that is annual ryegrass and is most likely glyphosate resistant. If it is not resistant, it needed to be sprayed a lot sooner in it's life. Edit to add, a lot of that stuff is being blended in with fertilizer and/or is being carried over to others fields in spreaders and buggies. If the fertilizer place is not beating the crap out of their blenders or cleaning the spreaders, this will continue to happen.
