20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | I have this grass, I believe to be rye grass/italian rye maybe) on a farm edge and it survived Resicore, Atrazine and 30 oz of powermax (all post). I sent a sample to Purdue plant lab today to try and help ID it but thought I’d check here too.
I’ve been hand spraying it with a liberal rate of glyphosate and it appears to be getting some of it so far.
This is in west central Indiana. We aren’t an area of crazy amount of cover crops, but some. I have never had any on this farm and neither had the prior farmer (my landlord). I’ve just farmed it 2 years now. We got it n the beans last year with Liberty and Clethodim
