You need to talk to a few seed companies and see if they have treated returns. Over the last 10 years I've paid for double crop seed maybe 30-40% of the years. Most of the time they have treated seed they will give for free just to get rid of it. if they don't, they have to dispose of it as hazardous material. A few years there's not much and I have to buy but not many.
