Higginsville, MO | Last few years ive been sowing wheat behind corn and been having luck raising wheat yields. Of course the little bit of straw i bale has a few stalks in it. Small square bales is what i bale to sell. Does anyone that sells any in any size bale have people complain about having some stalks in it? Im normally $1 to $2 cheaper than what its bringing locally. I hate taking straw off because of the organic matter but dad want to sell some so i try to bale a little off fields going into alfalfa. | |
