We need to know what the plant date is and the soil type.
(Edited to add, Looks like you planted in mid May. Swampy areas, Just leave them be.)
Good soil equals lower populations.
Poor soil equals higher populations.
April 15 plant date 60,000 is plenty.
May 25 plant date needs 90,000.

Lat year we had numerous fields in the 60,000 range.
Run In a half rate, 60,000 IIRC,
30% of these came up because of a hard rain when I was 2/3 done.
Left everything set the same and went out after the rain.
30% of these came up because it was too dry.
So I was in the 75,000 to 80,000 on numerous acres.
Come harvest this was plenty.
