I’d be interested to see what it cuts. I’ve tried it here and it doesn’t work. I keep raising my pops to get more yield/cattle grazing. Wheat just doesn’t tiller here some years.
I planted 86 pounds this year and wish I had went 100. 20bu dryland environment here also. If a guy planted 20 here you’d have to spray it for weeds to harvest your 5bu.

When I was in SW Kansas low pop dryland was great 35# wheat and 12-15k corn did well.


How do you get enough moisture to grow weeds but not wheat? I didn't even spray my wheat this spring and it is perfectly clean...

Or does your heat just cook it? At 4k feet we have cool nights that help keep it alive.
