Even with no land costs I find it hard to believe you can make money with 20bu wheat. What is wheat worth where your at?

$6.50 currently.

My trio of 20 series combines runs cheap. Cheap 8850 on a cheap hoe drill. Pull type sprayer and tractor have been depreciated for so long they're basically free.

Not doing it for the money for sure. Going to be a loss unless I get some decent rain in the near future, which I won't. Just got done with first cutting hay on the irrigated and even the swathers and balers couldn't conjure up the slightest thunderstorm. Have only had an inch of rain year to date. Only had 6" total last year. June is our wettest month of the year so we'll see what happens. Has a good start, another 2" of rain would make most of 30 bu.
