Subject: Bailing wheat straw vs leaving straw for double crop beans

South Central Ohio
First time growing double crop beans and have the option to sell the straw at a fair price. The bailing operation is normally starting when the combine is in the field or completed within 24hrs after harvest.

The combine is a Lexion 7500 with 40ft head and the wheat is around 90bu wheat. I just started farming and didn’t want to risk having too much residue that would cut my yield. I just don’t like the thought of removing that much nutrients on family own ground. Should I take the money from the straw and buy some poultry litter to replace or spread the straw and drill the beans?
