| Personally I would never tear up the whole field with the conditions you mentioned of having really good stands in the better drained spots.
I'd travel the parts of the field I know I need to after scouting on foot with flags. Traveling the field allows you to continue scouting while driving.
Being decisive with your decisions can be challenging while you're traveling the field, but don't fret over it and if you're in an area with less than half a stand, put her down and replant.
Sorry you're in this position with all the excessive rain, but you still have potential for decent yields, especially on the May 21st planted area that currently looks good. If half the field makes 250, and the other half 150, ok, you did good.
