Seeded yellow peas May 13, sprayed Fierce 2 days later, crop has chemical damage as plants are dead at top of plant just below surface, new shoot has started from below . Peas seeded in field directly beside this with fall applied fierce look perfect.
Chemical rep is coming out Monday to look, told me on phone that new chute that is coming from bottom will make it thru and there will be no yield loss as they have seen this in previous years when heavy rains follow application. We have had a few 7/10 and 6/10 rains in 20 minutes a few days apart 2 and 4 days after spraying .
I guess the question is should a guy reseed this to wheat?
Is the chem guy full of crap?
