I like at least 1.5 pints total a 2 quart rate of halex is 1.1 pints. Just a pint of dual seems to peter out and then it is a grassy mess so really dont need much but the total rate increase is close to 50% from 1 to 1.5 pints. And personally i think you get 2x the weed control
