Well.... you're not the only farmer that sends out bid lists.   We do as well.  Usually with three or four retailers.   We then naturally buy each product from the retailer with the best best for that product.   We do this for fertilizer... liquid and dry.... and also for all of our pesticide needs.  

Nutrien is probably the best at providing paperwork with their deliveries.   They never deliver anything without paperwork, so I guess I would have to say.... they're perfect in that regard.
