We got them through soil conservation service.

Grew nice, pretty long lived here, and we have older plenty of cotton around yard.

Big advantage if you don’t have seed bearing trees around is they won’t start from seed in every low wet spot.

They still can drop a branch here or there.

The cotton itself really doesn’t bother me. I would prefer a no boxelder bug boxelder.
