We put a new grain dryer in last year. Opted for one with a centrifical fan. It runs amazingly quiet. Once started, we can monitor and make adjustments with an app on our cell phones. I live 3 miles away from the grain system. Loved it last year, and as we really learn about the little adjustments for the dryer probably love it more this year.
