Those with experience.... when do you find is the best time to roll soybeans?

Preplant?
Right after planting?
or after the beans have emerged?

Have any of you had a "bad experience" rolling beans?  Meaning.... you think the rolling did more harm than good.  If so, what do you think was the reason for the "failure"?

As always.... thanks for your replies.

Right after applying premerge herbicide right after planting.  Some roll first here, then apply premerge.   I like to follow  planter tracks when spraying so I try and get that done first.

Can't say I have ever seen more  harm then good.
