Subject: Hard Red Winter Wheat

west central wisconsin
Hi all. So I farm a chunk of blow sand, rent…….. it’s been ok. Last year was soybeans and averaged about 30 bushel. It was late and very dry, but I decided to try wheat. Put on potash, AMS, and some phosphorus. It is good enough ground cover to hold off weeds but wondering at this stage if it needs more nutrients or what a veteran grower thinks of this. Hate to make tracks but I’d hire a spinner to apply if needed. Any thoughts are appreciated
