I guess I don't see how a flexdraper would not get all the heads. Any heads that are mashed into the dirt would have the grain quality ruined anyway. I admit I don't know much about a deere draper and their capabilities of getting the guard tips so they will touch the dirt, but I assume you could tilt the feederhouse until they do. The macdon fore aft cylinder and the hyd feeder tilt on the combine will easily do this.
