Your stuck under the jet stream where storms fronts keep moving through. The other thing I have noticed, once your in a wet pattern it can stay wet with all the moisture in the air and growing vegetation. Drought is just the opposite to break. Dry areas dries up clouds and storm fronts and starves weather system of needed moisture to make rain.
Is there a meteorologist on here?
