Subject: RE: will these soybeans survive

East Central Nebraska
Soybeans are all greening up today and adding leaves. Supposed to get another batch of severe weather tonight. We'll see how they fare. I should have taken the picture on the other side of the hill. It is terraced and still washed out the same. It didn't wash so much with the row, but follows the tractor and sprayer tracts the most and it was bone dry when I sprayed back when we were in a drought. I think the neighbor will replant his corn. That was planted the same day as my beans and it washed the seed out. His, it washed the probably 50% of the side hill down across the rows. Hard to explain and I'm not going in there to take a picture. I can see it and he told me it is too much lost. Power of water and the amount of water is incredible. Moisture is usually my limiting factor every year. So not going to cuss the rain.
