This is a real problem with residue from 90-100+ bushel wheat along with a good crop of DC beans here in southern Il. We end up running a turbo-max across the ground at some point. It seems to help us a lot to have a pass ahead of the NH3, but then another pass ahead of the planter seems to bury a bunch of residue. Really prefer only one pass of some light tillage. Not much help though to anyone wanting to be 100% no-till
