if you planted the previous corn crop with that same planter just slide your drawbar over 15" and follow the old rows. take your time and the new rows will just fit without running over a row of stumps.

once you start don't go very far at all and really look hard at what that seed trench looks like. if it is too wet it will look fine on top but that blanket of stalks will keep it wet and that seed trench will want be really hard. might not even be closed. so think about depth and whether you should even be out there.

hard to wait when it is getting late, so good luck. I do all mine this way, I usually set the depth at around 2" but if it is wet this might be way too deep.. just saying..
