Growing up in SW WI. Contours and waterways go along way this time of year. Where I am now, guys are 90% tillage and I'm 90% no-till by my nature.
We had 4" in 40 min back in '22. Rye covered layed down and took it, everything else was a catastrophe in the area. Yes 4" in 40 min. That's a lot of slope for that much water anywhere.
