Second pic is Blue Grama, a species of Grama grasses according to my app, Picture This.
The first one has three different choices Idaho Fescue a species of Festuca or Feathered Reed Grass, a species of Reed grasses, or Upright Sedge, a species of True sedges. Appears to stump the app. Not knowing your location, I can't tell which is naive to your area.
What kind of grass is this?
