About 8-10 years ago I put down 10 oz of one of the Authority products.  Probably Supreme.  That was the top end of the labeled rate for my soil type.  I put it on within a day or two of planting and then it proceeded to get cold and wet.  To top it off the beans were treated Illevo.  I ended up with severe PPO injury on the beans and a reduced stand by about 40%.  I filed a claim with FMC and ended up with half my money back on the Authority.  That was the last time I sprayed a PPO after planting.....until this year......and its been cool and wet.
