I gave 21 dollars for a "Guide Hitch" cultivator guidance hitch. You can afford one even if it is a few hundred dollars. The 3 point hitch needs to be loose with this model as it "steers" the cultivator through the field. You can use whatever tractor will fit down the rows. Yes we have hills here and not little ones either.
