USDA-NRCS offers assistance for cover crop planting though EQIP and CSP. Many states/watersheds/DNR also offer cover crop cost share. Stop in to you local office and visit with them. Many have dates usually EQIP is 1 year out. Would be applying for 2025 funding now.
