FSA is very helpful in many ways but, I prefer to manage my own stuff.......you know, self sufficient and unencumbered. If I fail I would like to claim that it was no one elses fault but mine. Land is paid for so there is no need to turn over large amounts of money. I like profit but I don't need it all. I want a little for a long time.
