I ran into the same issue. There was a Raven swath control cable still in the system. I took that out, hooked it back up like from the factory, then the valves opened. Look for the Raven module and follow the harness....it was at the back of the cab from underneath.
I just noticed your note about the accuboom harness...I'm guessing it's there, you just have to find it.
