After reading the other replies I’m going to be on the other side. I vote for a reapplication of the nitrogen and sulfur. Past experience suggest that with this kind of rain event your fertilizer has moved out of the area of usefulness. Both of these are known to be very mobile and many studies have suggested that early nitrogen applications are lost in wet springs.
Unless I’ve assumed incorrectly it sounds like the bulk of the N has yet to be put on. We’ve been applying a similar amount of “at planting” fertilizer since 2017 and in each replant scenario
(there’s always at least spots
) we simply pop the chain off the pump and try to plant into the same row. Haven’t noticed any N deficiency doing this. Part of the equation is replant is usually going into warmer ground / weather and grows off easier. We sidedress at roughly 6” high and so long as there is 30lb N there for the corn it should be happy till knee high in my humble opinion.
