West Central IL | Both sides of the gravel road slope south to a paved road. The gravel road runs n s. West side of road patterned tile with risers in Fitch to take surface water. 15" dual wall main 0.2% slope for 100 acres. With fee other mains off of it. Pictures can be deceiving. I agree. Not saying tile is the best but the east side with water on would definitely benefit if they put a big enough main to catch some surface water also. | |
