north-central Indiana west of Fulton
We like to do only enough tillage that makes things work the easiest for us overall. That for the most part is no till soybeans into corn stalks and one pass vt disk on soybean stubble after nh3 to smooth for corn. Throw in a few acres of old school chisel plowed on nh3, too, because we have the equipment to speed the operation of N application. Most equipment is older but does the job inexpensively.
