Keep telling yourself that. There are tens of thousands of folks who will disagree with you, myself included.
Don't remember what year it was, maybe 2013, but neighbor and I were planting the same variety of beans on the same day in adjacent fields. Both conventional tillage, chiseled stalks in fall, field cultivator in spring. Mine were treated with a premium treatment, his were naked. Had 2 weeks of cold, wet weather starting the day after they were planted. I had an 85% stand, he had about 30% and replanted. Twice, because he got close to the same conditions the second time, just 10 or so degrees warmer.
