Need comments about thawing frozen corn.

We are faced this year with a problem we have not had before.........so I need to hear what your experiences have been.

We typically move all corn by April of year following combining.
That corn is dried, and then frozen during the winter.

We have never had a storage problem, or quality problem when we moved the corn in the following April.

This year.........due to the sluggish markets..........we are having to carry the corn into----probably----- June/July.

The question is..............do we thaw that frozen corn, so that the corn at the outside, against the walls, does not spoil.

It seems logical that we do, so that we can run the fans, and most likely the corn at the walls will therefore not spoil due to the uneven temperatures.

I know the corn in the interior of the bins will be ok...........it is the corn at the walls I am concerned about.

(This corn is organic, so it SHOULD be relatively high-dollar-------hence my concern to save all I can.)

Thanks.
