A mechanical hawk!

I put a couple of plastic birds, 2 owls and a hawk in my open sided shed.
I put some rock in them for stability (they are light) and attached some good magnets on the bottoms.
I move them around to different spots occasionally like tractor hood, top of pallet rack, on a storage cabinet, even swung one from a cord in the rafters till the plastic eye broke.
I also feed feral cats in the shed.

So far, the swallows and sparrows stay away but there are a group of cardinals that are determined to kill their reflections in any mirror on equipment but they don’t roost in the trusses.
